These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Copper Kettle Restaurants UAE (“Copper Kettle”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including dine-in, takeaway, and online ordering through our website (copperkettle.ae) and third-party delivery platforms.

By placing an order, visiting our outlets, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.


1. Service Availability

Copper Kettle operates multiple restaurant branches within the United Arab Emirates. Menu items, prices, and availability may vary by branch, time of day, and operational capacity.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue menu items without prior notice.


2. Ordering

Orders may be placed through:

 

    • In-store purchase

    • Telephone ordering

    • Our official website

    • Authorized delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, etc.)

All orders are subject to acceptance and operational availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

 

    • an item is unavailable

    • incorrect pricing is displayed

    • operational capacity is exceeded

    • suspected fraudulent activity is detected


3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

Menu prices listed on the website are for reference and may differ from in-store menus, third-party platforms, or promotional materials. Prices may change without prior notice due to ingredient costs, supplier price changes, market conditions, or operational adjustments.

The price displayed at the time of order confirmation shall be considered the final applicable price for that order.

Copper Kettle Restaurants UAE reserves the right to correct typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or system errors and may cancel or adjust an order where such an error occurs. In such cases, the customer will be notified and any payment made will be refunded.


4. Food Preparation

Food preparation begins immediately after order confirmation.

Once preparation has started, the order cannot be modified or cancelled except at our discretion.

Food images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual presentation may vary.


5. Delivery Services

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

 

    • traffic conditions

    • weather

    • peak demand

    • public holidays or Ramadan hours

Copper Kettle is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable operational control.

Customers must ensure the delivery address and phone number are accurate and reachable.


6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

 

    • providing correct delivery address

    • being available to receive the order

    • providing accurate contact details

Orders undeliverable due to incorrect address or unreachable contact number may be cancelled and will not be eligible for refund.


7. Allergies & Dietary Information

Customers must inform our staff of any food allergies before ordering.

While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchens handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and seafood. Cross-contamination may occur.

Copper Kettle shall not be liable for allergic reactions where allergy information was not disclosed.


8. Payments

We accept payments via:

 

    • cash (in-store or delivery where available)

    • credit/debit cards

    • online payment gateways

    • digital wallets where supported

Online payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We do not store card details.


9. Third-Party Platforms

Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms are also subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.

Delivery handling, rider conduct, and delivery timing on such platforms may be governed by the platform provider.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copper Kettle’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased food item.

We shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed events, inconvenience, or personal dissatisfaction arising from delays, taste preferences, or delivery timing.


11. Promotions & Offers

Promotions, discounts, or coupon offers:

 

    • may be withdrawn at any time

    • cannot be combined unless stated

    • may be limited to specific branches or ordering channels


12. Intellectual Property

All website content including logo, images, branding, and menu materials are the property of Copper Kettle Restaurants UAE and may not be copied or reused without permission.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.

15. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

An order is considered accepted only after successful confirmation is displayed on the website or communicated by our staff via SMS, call, or system notification.

If payment is processed but the order cannot be fulfilled due to operational reasons, the customer will be notified and a refund will be initiated in accordance with our Refund Policy.


16. Cancellation by Restaurant

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

 

    • kitchen operational limitations

    • stock unavailability

    • health or safety concerns

    • suspected misuse of payment or fraudulent activity

In such cases, prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.


17. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In rare cases, a payment may be authorized but not captured due to network or banking issues. Such transactions are automatically reversed by the customer’s bank within standard banking timelines.

If duplicate payment is confirmed, Copper Kettle will process a refund after verification.


18. No Resale Policy

Food purchased from Copper Kettle Restaurants UAE is intended for personal consumption only and may not be resold or commercially redistributed.


19. Force Majeure

Copper Kettle shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

 

    • natural disasters

    • government restrictions

    • public emergencies

    • utility outages

    • delivery service disruption


20. Abuse & Misuse of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or block future orders where a customer:

 

    • repeatedly places false orders

    • abuses refund requests

    • provides misleading delivery information

    • engages in threatening or abusive behavior toward staff or riders


21. Electronic Communications

By placing an order through our website or online platforms, the customer agrees to receive order confirmations and service communications electronically via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or system notifications.


23. Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all provided information including contact number, address, and order details are accurate. Copper Kettle shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.


24. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
